SME Matters were engaged to support the transition of the business from first generation to second generation. Included was a full strategic development assignment that resulted in the company concentrating on core business activities, a focus on the UK market and redeploying internal resources.
A new organisational structure was developed and full support was given to recruit new members of staff. Directors were given their own action plans and were supported during the implementation phase. SME Matters supported in the raising of finance to fund expansion of the business.
The business has now grown 6 fold since the first engagement and continues to grow at an exceptional rate outperforming other companies in the same sector. SME Matters now works as an advisor to the Board of Management team and the managing director on an ongoing basis.
