After exceptional growth was experienced by this business, the existing organisational structure was no longer suitable to meet the business needs.
SME Matters assisted in developing the strategy for the business for the coming 3 years, then assessed the current competence within the organisation to support the company growth. A completely new organisational structure was created with the requirement for 5 new senior management positions. SME Matters supported the recruitment of new Senior staff and managed the redeployment of existing staff. SME Matters then worked on an individual basis with each of the management team to support them in their roles.
SME Matters now works as an advisor to the management team and the managing director on an ongoing basis.
