SME Matters developed a comprehensive Strategy for the business identifying the need for a change of business model from design & Supply to one of innovation and full lifecycle service around its own product portfolio. The need for a new CEO was identified and the establishment of a dedicated R&D dept. SME Matters supported the recruitment of senior executives and the liaison with Enterprise Ireland fofunding.
The business doubled in turnover within two years and is not on a path to 10 times its original turnover. It is about to open its first US based office having already established a presence in Europe
