Serigraf Ltd. is a leading provider of printing systems, consumables. With a focus on enabling creativity and personalisation, Serigraf caters to businesses specialising in screen printing, heat transfer, dye sublimation, sand-carving, pad printing, and embroidery. Serigraf has been serving the creative needs of businesses and individuals in Ireland and across the world for over 46 years.
As a family owned and run business we constantly struggled with the dynamics internally and wanted to bring better structure for the business while learning more about best practise in sales and marketing techniques.
The Learnings Achieved
I found being part of a dynamic group of owner managers was really beneficial for me. I learned a huge amount from other members in how they ran their company and they helped me solve many recurring issues I had in my own business.
I benefited greatly from the guest speakers and went on to use some of them as service providers particularly in addressing my marketing requirements.
The facilitators were excellent and gave us useful tools to apply directly in our company.
From the many sessions over the years I have been involved on the 50X program, Our company has grown significantly with a better delivery organisation that is readily scalable. We now have a clear organisation structure with the roles and responsibilities clearly defined and each director has their area of accountability that the drive an report on each month.

The Result Achieved
Over the past few years we have doubled our business and managed the transition to the next generation of the family. We developed a new product offering and have opened up multiple export markets. I don’t think I could have done all this with out the help of what I learned on the 50X program.
